Give yourself grace before class. Try to arrive 5 minutes before class to get set up and ask any questions you make have.

We will be in the sun and sand! Please wear comfortable, stretchy, loose fitting clothes and bring towels, water, sun screen or any protective gear you need to remain safe.

PLEASE COME PREPARED WITH HYDRATION, A YOGA MAT, AND TOOLS THAT MAY ASSIST YOU DURING YOUR PRACTICE (I.E. BLOCKS, BLANKETS, PILLOWS, BANDS).

SOME EXTRA MAY BE AVAILABLE BUT IS NOT GUARANTEED. EXTRA SUPPLIES ARE BORROWED ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS.
