Join us for 35 minutes of yoga flow and grounding mediation.

Here are some details about class:

Give yourself grace before class. Try to arrive 5 minutes before class to get set up and ask any questions you make have.

We will be in the sun and sand! Please wear comfortable, stretchy, loose fitting clothes and bring towels, water, sun screen or any protective gear you need to remain safe.

Please come prepared with hydration, a yoga mat, and tools that may assist you during your practice (i.e. blocks, blankets, pillows, bands). Some extra may be available but is not guaranteed. Extra supplies are borrowed on a first come, first served basis.

Thank you so much for your interest in joining us on the beach for Karma yoga class. It is my passion to help those around me live a mindful lifestyle while keeping things affordable. Karma yoga classes are my way to give back!

These donation based classes help me to continue to bring back beach yoga every week as well as fund my journey towards becoming a midwife. I am currently working towards financing an international midwifery internship in Cape Coast, Ghana and towards investing in other educational fees.

This donation based event will help me to continue to support birthing families in Eastern North Carolina and provide and equal standard of education, support, and care to black families, as well as fund my journey towards becoming a midwife. I am currently working towards financing for Midwife Assistant Training: Growing our Legacy as Black Birth Workers November 12-14, an international midwifery internship in Ghana, and towards investing in other educational fees.
