When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed on a particular day typically ship at the beginning of the next business week. This is due to the fact that all of our items are handmade and many times made to order.
How long will shipping take?
We use USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground for our orders, so expect to receive your items within 1-3 business days after the order is shipped.
How much is shipping?
Because we package our products in premium cardboard mailers with crinkle paper and bubble wrap to keep your products (especially the glass ones) safe, we charge $11.50 for shipping plus $1 for every item ordered. This means ordering more items equals more savings for you.
How do I request a return/refund?
Please submit return/refund requests with your order number and reason for return/refund to eliza@withloveelizajean.com. Items must be unopened with their original seal.
